HOLY SHI- THAT'S A LOTTA COOKIES.

Story time!

During day two of Connecticon I was cosplaying Luffy, which was a blast. I found out very quickly (and to the dismay of the poor sods I walked around with, sorry Alex. I'm a faily mind slave.) just how much fun it was to get everywhere by RUNNING WITH MY ARMS FLAILING AROUND LIKE AN IDIOT. Oddly enough, I got some hugs from random people just for that.

But to my great regret, the dollar flip flops I bought could not withstand such strenuous activities. I knew better, but it was still an 'aww poopy' moment. And with the help of Cat, our group Mary Poppins, I cobbled the broken sandal with hair ties and superglue enough to walk around in, at least. Cat, being herself, was more concerned about the little lines the ties left on my feet than how she couldn't breathe.

I got a package in the mail. It contained one set of (stupidly comfortable) black leather Luffy sandals, and enough cookies to feed an army. And you can bet I devoured half of em already. Maybe I'll share one or two. So delicious.

I dunno if I mentioned it Cat, but I love you. You make my days so happy.
