I wanted to have this up for the 28th as it would make more sense, but bah.
I had the idea of writing drabbles for some people online who give a lot to me, whether they know it or not. Each deserves more, much more, but this is a sort of small, personalized thank you to you guys.
I had originally planned more, but some of you are in fandoms I don’t know, or are fans of pairings that are damned intimidating and I know I’ll mess up. (Looking at YOU Ganny.)
So I’m calling this Part 1, in hopes that I’ll be able to have more someday.

Also, I apologize for writing one of the most incredibly cliché, overused RenIchi plotlines known to man. I’ll try not to do it again.
And I think I should apologize Silverkytten, because I think I managed to accidentally sound like an Insomnia wannabe at some points. Swear it wasn’t my intention.
All of that said, I still had fun getting this idea out of my system, and proving once again that I can’t write a drabble to save my life.

Note: Another ‘Just a quick drabble’ that I managed to work myself into a mess over. I’m attempting a domino effect – using the energy from finishing one to knock down the next. This was a challenge – I’ve never so much as thought about writing either of these characters. Hopefully it’s not terribly OOC.

That said, new pairings are still fun to try. I cannot, however, look at this anymore or I’ll rip it to shreds.
With well wishes to Shelagh and Akuni’s new community, hope you guys find some minor amusement out this attempt.

Note: I honestly don’t recall what sparked this one, though it was probably something to do with Renjifan or Akuni's fics. I'm thinking about a shorter companion piece for a sequel, maybe.
Anyway, please tell me what you think; I know it’s a bit more unusual that I normally write (especially for this pairing).

Side note – I had to write this entire thing twice because I lost the file. I was quite frustrated, but Akuni said I could do it, so I did it all again to prove her right and spite the stupid computer.

Ultra Side note – To Ma Muse: I honestly am trying to work on my stuff for you, I swear! Even though… I always say that. *Hangs head* Hopefully with the ‘I can’t write’ block out of the way I’ll actually get things done.
